Vieques has been an important part of my life.
Am a peace advocator, an environmentallist, a civil rights advocate and a proud Puerto Rican.
What is Vieques?
On October 1, 2000, I was arrested for civil disobedience. As a protest, I entered into the Naval Amunition Supply Depot (NASD), in Vieques.
